Olde City, New Blood Convention Recap & Giveaway

Yes, its been a few weeks since the convention, but I've been swamped with catching up from attending, life,  and organizing the swag from this convention. 

See I wasn't kidding when I said I was organizing it. Well, how else was I going to get things ready for a giveaway? 

The weather was fantastic! Got to meet many authors, some for the first time and some for the first time face to face. Thanks to the world we live in, I've interacted with many via Facebook and/or Twitter and of course via the awesomeness that is blogging. 

As with many conventions there were panels with authors that varied from Q&As to themed conversations surrounding genre, breeds and well, it went to just about anything at times. LOL  

The convention had a book room where authors were selling their books

 

and they were also just hanging out!

A great thing about this convention was that there was actual "Meet & Greets" scheduled where you could hang out with your favorite authors!

They were all so gracious and appreciative of their fans! It was great to see that in a world where people can be so vain and/or have that "I'm better than you"  attitude. ALL the authors hung out and around to allow their fans access to them! It was awesome!
