Have a serious book lover or writer in your life? Do you love fun and funky statement jewelry? If so, then this bracelet is for you!
This bracelet is created using 38 of my earring sized mini journals. Each journal is handmade by me, measures approximately 12mm x 15mm and contains 48 pages of 67lb paper divided into four sections. Each section has been sewn directly to the cover using strong linen thread.
The journals are attached to a chain. There is a smaller chain attached to the main chain (as shown in the second picture) which allows this bracelet to be adjusted to fit a wide variety of wrists. It can be adjusted to 7.5 - 9.5 inches in length and is meant to hang loosely around the wrist so the books are free to move as you move. The bracelet uses a lobster clasp closure.
This is a fun piece of jewelry and a great conversation starter. It will definitely make people look twice (in a good way, of course!).
